Snow Shoveling- unable to scale it...1hr 30 min RXd....what a Pain in the "4th point of contact!".

Right now I'm tracking that I am done with class at 1530. I'll make my way to the gym and be prepared to start the WOD at 1600ish if anyone wishes to join me.

Ouch...24:00. 95# SC and only about 30% ring dips, the rest were on the bar.

This one was challenging: scaled on SC to 105.

12:28 Rx'd. Ring Dips. (With my unbalance of leg/hip/overall lower body strength (good) to arm/shoulder/overall upper body strength (not so good), I feel like a Tyrannasaurus Rex.)

Good work by everyone today. Anyone have any idea how to get Wilson (Hopkins) to start posting his times/scores? As one of the few who is ALWAYS at the top for just about every WOD, it's nice to see how I'm progressing personally compared to him.

10:45 scaled weight to 95 lbs. I would have been there until noon @ 135 lbs.....

Can't remember who asked for it, but the registration code for military for the Level One Cert is DKB8S6. I believe it was Easterlr (?).
I'm off to the USAW Coaching Course tomorrow. Anxious to learn some good coaching technique on the Oly Lifts and bring it back to the Bubble.
