If anyone finds out the true schedule for the gym in the AM, please pass it out. Other then that we are planning on going in at 0700

Elizabeth - Dave is the row guy. He mentioned this morning that there were 4 people that wanted a row clinic and I think he's got one scheduled.

For those that would like to participate in a coach's prep for the 22 Jan 11 Foundations, we will meet Thursday from 0630 - 0700. Even if you are not helping out at the Foundations you are welcome to come and participate.

Late entry on Wed 1/12. As rx'd 27:10. Glad I did not have to scale the weights or reps but paid for it in time.

Little late posting this, but...

20:10 on this one. As evidence of the efficacy of working out with all of you firebreathers in the morning vs. by myself, I did this on October 27th and had a time of 22:54. 2:44 improvement is significant, and I don't think it's because I may or may not be in better shape.
