Ryan,
mentioned Thanksgiving WOD's on the last post. I will publish the Harney thanksgiving hours early next week. We will still post WODs over the break - they will be "on the road" friendly - but I also encourage you to post any time you are going to WOD at Harney so others can catch the same bus. I will be wodding there next Wednesday for sure.

Did a modification of last week's 'mortar' buddy WOD. I guess you could call it the 'ammo can' WOD.

start with 2 x rope accents each, then carry 2x 20lbs dumbells and a 20lbs med ball around the golf course track. finish with a 1k row.

time of 34 flat.
