TUESDAY 110910

5 rounds for time

swim 25 metres underwater
25 squats
25 pushups*

I know we won't be making the full 25m underwater in the later rounds. You can obviously come up to breathe but the only way to proceed forward is underwater.

We have three lanes at the pool reserved from 0530 - 0730. Smaller groups are okay any other time of the day.

Dave Hudson is available to run another row clinic tomorrow morning from 0615 - 0645 - post to comments if you would like to attend. The one last week was excellent and I strongly recommend it if you are a rowing wombat.

* CrossFit standard pushups. Chest to deck - release the hands at the bottom of each rep.

BTW, I suggest submitting the picture of Rob doing Grace (Amazing Grace) to CF HQ, especially barring any other pictures.

Yes, I know that I both took the picture and edited it. It's still a cool picture.

Matt - awesome work today

12:36 as Rx'd; 1st round came up short about 10' from going all the way under water; subsequent rds I was surfacing more often than a new born baby beluga

Had a good round of coaching clinic this morning in prep for KSU and local Foundations classes; it's always good to practice verbalizing the movements; there are going to be some documents posted on the web site in reference to coaching; they will be helpful to all whether you intend to coach or not
