Five rounds for time

40 yard lunge walk (if you have a 45lb plate hold that overhead - if not anything heavy is good)
1 suicide
Rest one minute

To complete a suicide.

Start on a line.
Sprint out to the 10 yard line, touch the 10 yard line and sprint back to the starting line.
Turn and sprint to the 20 yard line, touch the 20 yard line and sprint back to the starting line.
Turn and sprint to the 30 yard line, touch the 30 yard line and sprint back to the starting line.
Turn and sprint to the 40 yard line, touch the 40 yard line and sprint through the starting line.

13:40 w/modifications; the length of the bubble gym is about 37yds so I used one length of the gym per round; I marked off about 9yd increments for the suicide; analternative is to use a 10yd dog leg by the pull-up bars

Slow time of 23:30. Had to mod it a bit - distance was measured correctly (though not on level ground...had a gradual dip to the middle of the 40 yds and back up); don't have any plates at home, so had to use either a 55lb kettlebell or 35lb kettlebell; so, split the difference and did 55lb for the first three rounds and 35 for the last two. (The 55lbs nearly broke me...had to rest mid-round quite a few times.) Also, holding a kb overhead presents additional grip issues, particularly in this humid North Carolina weather. (Oh, yeah...also did it outdoors, with intermittent sprinkling throughout.)

Great WOD! (And if my time doesn't suggest it, REALLY miss doing this with the group.)

7:13 for yesterday's chipper subbing chest to floor pushup then took a 10 min walking recovery and knocked out today's WOD in 7:07. I'm sure my course was short as I did it on a basketball court without weights.

Looking forward to getting back together with the group on Monday for my final two weeks.

24:19 on a longer course, but with only a 25# KB. I used a fixed number of sidewalk segments to keep the ratios right, but each interval was more than 10m. 25# was plenty to smoke me today.
