I plan on being in the bubble gym; I'll do up & back the length of the gym as necessary to get 100'

I'm willing to go to the track or anywhere else if the early crew is meeting there

James is going to put it on the main site, but wanted to let everyone know that I'll be doing not one but TWO rowing clinics on Friday morning - 0530 and 0610 (times at the request of Stewart). If you'd like some help with your rowing form, come join us for 15-20 minutes. (After both, I'm available to coach a few people through a 500m "time trial." That's a 1-at-a-time thing.)

Dave - nice work on the clinics - I will let the foundations group know on Thursday and post it to the site on Wed and Thur.

I had a watch malfunction this morning but I guess about 15 minutes based on Jim's time. My second bear crawl was closer to a drunken seal crawl.

if James bear crawl was a drunken seal, my last 100 burpees were more like a drunk trying to get standup for another at the bar only to fall on his face again. definitely a mental WOD today since you can always do one more burpee...

In reference to QOD I will have to be contrary - give me bear crawl and burpees any time! My high school football coaches made sure we were proficient with these two exercises; My junior and senior years we must have done thousands of yards of bear crawl in full pads for Coach Shoemaker and thousands of burpees for Coach McBee; Coach McBee called them 'Marine Drills' as he was a USMC Vietnam Veteran; I've got the crab-walk and 'wheel-barrow' exercises down pretty well also...too bad we didn't win more games!

12:08. I did 150 ring-push ups instead of burpees since i can't jump yet. still kicked my tail.
