believe it or not - exactly the same as George - just needed a little spot on the last 155

125, 125, 135, 145, 155

One legged squats on the right ankle are very difficult becasue of limited mobility; the balance and strength are fine, but when I get to near the bottom I can't finish the last couple inches and end up twisting to the left or right to get low enough

Shout outs to George, James, and Rob this AM!! 155 is sick!

95, 105, 105, 115, 125; I should have started off heavier on the first three sets....next time will be 105, 115, 115, 125, 125 or higher. And for clarification, I didn't break George's rope...I merely commented that he was going so hard that it looked like we was trying to break his rope....and then it actually broke! But hey, George, you're really getting a lot better!! I did limited one-leg-squats due to my knee.

75, 95, 95, 105 (X2). Room for improvement. Leg squats were just like the video, only not as good on form, and not as far down, and not as balanced. But otherwise just like the video.
