'AFPT Cram'

Max effort One mile run then ..

Tabata Pushups and Situps (20 seconds on/10 seconds off eight rounds per exercise)

Some info on energy drinks if anyone needs it. The title meth in a can might give some clues as to where this is going.

I've got SDO tonight so I'll have to make this one up in the afternoon; if I were you I'd sleep lightly (with one eye open and one finger on the trigger) knowing that they put me in charge of post tonight!

What is the row equivalent for 1 mile run?

row to run is 1/1.25 so it would be row 2k - I would be happy to never see another C2 rower again at the moment.

5:52 for the run then 11 and 11 for tabata.

15 Push-ups and 13 Sit-ups for Tabata.

I have been diligent with Iron Major for about two months now but have not blogged yet. No good reason why I haven't. So here it goes. My scores are well...
6:45 on the run. 9 and 5. I do not like that Mr Tabata...he a bad man!

6:04 on the run. Then 11 and 10 on push ups and sit ups.

run 7:00.92, missed it by the .92; tabata: 11 pushups, 10situps

5:53 on the mile and 12 push ups and 11 sit ups...but only did 6 sets each, not the full tabata.

Did do the push ups in the new standard...crushing.

Run at 6:05, Push ups 6 and Sit Ups 8. Died on the last three sets for both.
