Skills. Double under practice then 100 Double unders for time.

Then:

30 muscle ups for time. The video below might help.





If you don't have 30 muscles ups sub 4 pullups and 4 ring dips per muscle up or 3 muscle up progressions per muscle up.

9.21 for the muscle ups 3.56 for the DU. I went for one ever 17 seconds as opposed to max sets.

DU-11:50 (still need to work this skill)

Did a good 20m of MU attempts including 5 complete MUs (had to jump into them) will continue to work these.

MU= 5:25 (gonna try the 1 MU every x seconds next time. Phil and James have made me a believer).

Rested today. Trying out the 3 on 1 off again. Spealler really emphasized it last weekend. Not always convenient given our work schedule tho

1:20 on DUs. MUs- well, different story. Worked solid 20 minutes on them, but still working toward the first. Thanks for the help Neal and James.

didn't do the dus...

did the mu in the backyard. Pretty sure it was worse than last time

23:44. Need plenty of work, doing something weird on my kip and grip.
