Skill Hand Stand Pushups - need to scale? check the video. If you are good at this do 5 x 30 second holds - alternate taking feet off the wall and try to take a hand off the ground - alternate hands off the ground like they are your feet jogging if you dare.




Then row 2000m.

Holding a handstand is getting better. Watching Rob and James on one hand was awesome. Row: 7:56. Not too bad. Lost some momentum around the 1200m mark.

7:55 on the row. Before starting, my goal was anything less than 8 minutes. This qualifies. Passed on the hand stands this time around, I'll catch them next time around.

7:37; good coaching from James on hand stands; I'd like to get to a 10-sec two-arm free hand stand; I think improving at the 1-arm on the wall will help

Handstand was OK. Didn't try with one arm.
7:56 on the row. I lost tempo at 1350 mark. Next time will improve.

Anyone wants to join me after classes, it is much better to workout with company. Coaching is available.

Worked handstands and double unders for a bit, then did the row in 9:50. I'm not a fan of stationary exercise (bikes, treadmills, stairmasters and the like), so this was mentally tough for me.
