Saturday and Sunday


A paleo theme today. Check the photo for a simple affiliate 'Paleo Challenge' (If IMCF did it we would have a 300 burpee penalty for Chocolate Milk). Also a nice paleo blog and good article from the CrossFit Journal.

Rest, make up WOD or do something from the Mobility WOD blog or CrossFit Endurance.
