felt pretty good this morning:
305, 315, 315, 325, 325 (f), 305

L-sits looked more like knees up

335 across all sets; L-sit - I've been keeping my feet above a single parellette to my front to keep consistency in how I do L-sit; gym was cold this morning; I've not heard when the 'stub' will be run from the main line to the gym

Should of started at 250+ to start out. Went for 1 rep max yesterday got 315 and failed at 325.

Used the barbell racks for L-Sit stands, form is improving but still a weak point.

Rich and I did the AFPT with our Staff Group and some others today. I did happen to notice that the first three across the line in the two miler were all Crossfitters...It might not mean anything but I'm just saying....

275, 305, 315, 305, 305. Thanks for some good coaching from Jim, George, and Rob.

Glad there was no ninth round on the L-sits.

James and Rich,
Can't wait to hear how well the rest of the PT test went.

all sets with 335. Felt strong but didn't want to break form.

Like James said, we did the APFT today for our staff group. I was a beliver before, now I'm ready to be a disciple. Thanks to the excellent pushing and coaching from the IMCF morning crew, in two months I increased push-ups by 11, sit-ups by 7 and dropped nearly a minute off my run. And when it was over, I quickly recovered and felt great the rest of the day, unlike most APFT days in the past. See you guys in the morning.
