It only half  - go fast.

I am thinking of doing the 200m as two times up and back the length of the bubble - doing this will eliminate the little 'rest' the door and stairs affords.

15:40 for todays WOD, I will be in Tulsa on 23 Oct but if I can sign up for Barbells for Boobs and do the WOD in Tulsa I am in.

Todays WOD 11.24 - nice idea to cut a WOD in half - normally Kelly can be a bit of slog but only doing half it was fast all the way.
