Bench Press 5-5-5-5-5 sets across.

scaled L sits with one foot on a small med ball and the other in the air.

225, 225, 225, 225 (spot on 3,4,5), 225 (spot on 3, 4, 5)

2-min L-sit was good exercise; my first iteration was 22sec and the rest in about 9 - 12sec intervals

225 across. Probably should have gone heavier. Been awhile since the bench, so went lighter. L sit in 6 sets
