Nicole, RX: 7 rds, 70 pullups, I met my goal of 10/rd all the way through. Now I just need to run faster...

Du 62. Nicole Rxed. 8 rounds - 94 pullups. I was too easy on myself in the pullups - I contented myself with rounds of ten for the last rounds but it wasn't really 'max'.

6 1/2 rounds, averaged 10 strict pullups per round, so about 60 pullups. gotta run faster...

can't do double unders back to back, just singles, due to donkey kick, so just worked on better form

didn't get to DU today

6 1/2rds; I was headed to the pull up bar at 20min; 130 pull ups; the 400m was terrible today; the group got spread out and I didn't have anyone to compete against; 400m was slower than usual; should have completed 7rds

I went to the track in my VFF and got 7 rounds plus 350 m run. I did 6 pull ups each time. My pull ups have come along but they still aren't where I'd like to be.
My feet are tender from the 12 mile trail run I did in the NH mountains on sunday. It was rocky, rooty, and technical single track that crossed 4 mountains out and back. It amazes me how living in KS has degraded my trail running. But the distance wasn't a factor and I've recovered nicely thanks to Crossfit.

Pretty motivating to see all those at the Foundations Class...good stuff.

du....20, I think...this is a slow process for improvement.

Nicole: Rx, 7 rnds, 125 pullups, plus 100m. Did sets of 30, 15, 15, 15, 15, 15, 20.

slower on the DUs today...only 82. I had a much slower rope and it was a little windy outside so I think that had something to do with it. Nicole was 9 rounds and 117 pull ups.
