MONDAY 092710

Five Rounds for time

10 x 135lb power clean
25 x push ups (CrossFit standard - chest to deck, release the hands from the ground at the bottom)

We have been doing a lot of burpees and we have been going fast.... but have we been doing things right....check this for improving  hip opening (scroll down to the second video).

11:06; scaled pushups to some regular some crossift mix of about 60/40 to keep up intensity

scale wt to 115 to hopefully go faster. didn't work. 10:56. the pushups really sucked.

9:46 as Rx'd; the push ups with the 'release hands from ground' concept were great; it adds a new dimension for the better

As rx'd 12:48. Coming off a week of being sick. Weight not an issue, just felt a little run down at start. Focused on form for most
