HPSU 12 - WOD rxed 8:38. Don't be alarmed if you think i have done a half baked job on marking the wall ball lines. I have outsourced it to the gym manager - its a work in progress.

9:03 as Rx'd great workout today. I felt good mechanics on all but a very few of the SP. I've been focusing on stretching my shoulder. James helped me with the foam roller and ball; it seems to be helping loosen it up and while it still hurts its not as bad

Contracting for a 10' line on the wall will be a problem. Contractors are not allowed to have a ladder that allows them to reach more than 8' high (it's in the fine print). Unless a really tall contractor is hired, we may have to use our imaginations as to where the 10' line is!

I made up 300 today as Rx'd. On my 1st 300 effort, I had to scale nearly everything. Last time I did it as Rx'd, and this time I improved ~8 min. ICWCABTAMD
