Skillz: Max unbroken reps of Ring Dips

then...

10 burpees on the minute for 15 minutes (or as long as you can make it)

Post number of minutes completed if less than 15 minutes. If you make it all 15 minutes, you're rockin.

Completed all 15 1-min RDS. Killed me. Feel sorry for the guy in the hotel room below mine. Had to sub chair dips for the ring dips.

Phil, thanks for yesterday's shout out! Josie is doing well...she's actually making up Barbara as we speak.

I did Barbara as well...27:51. Hope to see the crew tomorrow morning.

15 rds completed; George and I opted to do WOD outside Harney as even at 0530 it was 5 to 10 degrees cooler outside than inside!
Did not do the rings dips; I'm still having issues with my shoulders.

Congragulations Mayo family; I hope everyone is adjusting and well.

Gruber was cooler than Harney, but no rings there. I did some regular dips icw warmup.

I did all 150 Burpees, 1st 100 on schedule, then I busted the minute on the next set. ~1:30 for last few sets.

didn't do ring dips...should have did the sub as per Rage. Great mental picture of Rage busting through the floor of his holiday inn express.

Did 20 min on burpees in my cooler of a basement.

BTW, NM didn't just have a baby, he delivered it with no Dr./nurses present. Nice work.

hadn't done this before, so pretty intense. completed as rx'd. good workout that captures power and muscle endurance. i was happy that my burpees all averaged around 25s or so.

not only did Neal Mayo deliver the baby in the dark, under NVG's, without professional medical assistance...his tears cure cancer...too bad he's never cried.

15 rounds as rxd. Joined in with Josh, Jim, and Zoran this morning. That - was a melon farmer. Always easier when you share the suck.

Great group of trainers this morning, thanks for the support. We started with 24 athletes the 1st day, and added two today. I like that trend!

got 18 ring dips as part of my warm-up, then as Rob mentioned we went outside for the burpees. i'm not sure if i would have stayed on schedule without him there. My last few rounds were done in 48-50 sec, but made it through all 15 rds.

I can just imagine the new Holiday Inn Express Commercial...
its okay, I know Crossfit, I stayed at Holiday Inn Express last night

Completed the 15min. This sucked way more than I anticipated. Mark is right, much more tolerable with friends. Peer pressure is a great motivator. Thanks Jimmy and Mark.

I did not complete the 15 rds. I did this in my garage when I got home from work. Temp was about 100.. so Im sure that didnt help.. but either way.. I have work to do!!! YEAH BURPEES. Did 8 rounds as rxed finished the 15 rounds in a total of 1930.

On a positive note.. the home gym construction is progressing.. I purchased the horse stall mat for my lifting platform. Should get my other equip in in the next few weeks.
