DL - didn't go across and had some ugly back rounding business. 295, 315,335,345,325.

L sit = 35 seconds

315 across; I considered increasing wt but stayed there; my shoulders and hips move at the same time initially but just before I get the weight above my knees my shoulders outpace my hip; I don't feel this but got some good feedback from Phil.

4 sets of 15 sec L-sits on the rings then 315 on the deadlift across the board.

315, 325, 330, 335, 340. I underestimated and should have gone heavier from the beginning. I did this about a month ago and wwas 315 across, and that felt heavier than this. Foundations class is working.
