ran my 40 min route backwards today, made it about 200m further and finished my over run 40 seconds faster still pushing my youngest who has decided that 530 is her new wake up time

did my version of the 40 min run on Sat. as I continue to build my run physical therapy. Run/Walk intervals pushing the kiddos for 40 minutes.

Then later...
some snatch back to my old PR 135#. Pretty pumped that I almost got 145.
then learned a new KB lift: the Sots press/squat. Really humbling.
