MONDAY 800828

FGB

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The event is in the 3 round format. The stations are:
Wall-ball: 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press: 75 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

I am not going to get to this today, which is too bad- it is always better in groups.

I wanted to share a short testimonial: Fri I did an inventory APFT, where I easily maxd the Pushups and Situps, and fell just short of a 100 on the run (~1.5 min improvement over spring record PFT).

I also ran the "Head for a cure" 5k for brain cancer research this weekend. I had a ~2.5 min improvement over another 5k 1 month ago.

After ~6 months off from running regularly, I have been doing the ironmajor WOD's and the CFE drills (starting week 6 this week), and my times are already back to what they were last year at this time.

Jim or Neal; Do either of you still have the scorecard from this morning? I got caught up helping with FGB for the next group and I didn't get my scores.

278--scaled sdhp and pp to 45#
box jumps felt super sluggish, probably from the running I've been doing.
Is anyone else working out in the afternoons? I'm feeling like a lone wolf...I'd love some companionship and challenge!

Rob, Sorry, dude...I didn't see the sheet with your scores on it this morning. I think you were upper 400's at least...

358 as rx'd for me...great group this morning.

Rob, gave George the score card. But I do remember you scored very consistently through the rounds--between 94-97 on each.

Hopefully George still has it. Apologize for the bonus time on the rower!!

I made this up on Tue Solo.
231. A big step back from last one. Doing w/ others really makes a difference.
