graded a pt test this morning, so was only able to squeak in a half cindy (ARMAP 10min)..

Mary: 9 rounds plus 5 HSPU.

I always struggle with depth and balance on one-legged squats so I scaled by doing them from a box vs. the ground. This allowed me to get full range of motion and maintain balance a little better. Hopefully next time I'll be able to do this one as rx'd.

used the box for 1 leg squat as per nm recommendation and blue bands for hspu in rnd 5

took 10 min rest then 10 min of cindy--10 rnds plus pull ups and push ups on 11.

eek...definitely went into the black

Also pressed for time, I opted for a 1/2 Cindy. That was actually a welcome break after all of the pullups yesterday. I managed 8 rounds in 10 minutes.
