Randy Simmons, 51, a 27 year LAPD veteran and SWAT team member was killed February 6 (2008) in the line of duty. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Officer Simmons' wife and two children.

Thanks to Randy and his family for their sacrifice.

rx 5.47 - update on the wall marking is that the facilities manager won't allow a tape line or anything else across the wall - the 10foot marks on the side are waiting for a ladder. I'm not done yet - we will have a line for FGB. James

10:15 -started with 65lbs then went down to 45lbs after 25 reps

Part of the class, flight 2 timed at 7:39 with my stopwatch. Bar only #45.

6:57 with 65#. I'll be making up thursday's workout on saturday, just so I can do a workout I'm good at.

7:08 as Rx'd Form felt good throughout, I never felt like I was in 'grip and rip' mode; I saw Stuart and Fred make the 10' mark on the wall with hopefull a line to follow

Comment on the 10 wall marks: Does the gym or MWR have customer comment cards? Something I was encouraged to use by a MWR gym manager before to recommend changes.
