Sorry for the late posting.

With a continually running clock do one pullup the first minute, two pullups the second minute, three pullups the third minute...continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of rounds (how many minutes you've completed) to comments.

22:03 was hitting 1:40-1:55 on 500m row, muscle ups crushed me

Completed 5 sets of pull-ups in 5:20. Completed the last two sets with assistance. Then completed the following:
400m/21 burpees/21 KTE
400m/15 burpees/15 KTE
400m/9 burpees/9 KTE

In 20:40.... Wow, I felt like I was back in OCS again... Then walked home and took my dog for a 2-mile walk... Good Day..

Worked some TGUs for skills/ strength, then some L sits on paralettes.

Did the same WOD as posted by Chemo.


Gotta love burpees!

Did 10 rounds plus 9 of the 11th round. The Pull up rig at the functional fitness gym at Bragg is a little substandard.. but oh well!.. then did 10x100m hill repeats.
