started off with some 3x800 with a 1:45 rest; 3:18, 3:15, 3:12
then did the WOD:
25, 35, 45, 55, 60, 45, 45

Had the barbells between my feet- probably not the best method.

Thanks to all who helped with the move today. Opening for the bubble still scheduled for Monday the 12th, but it could happen sooner thanks to the help from the community.

I made this up on Thur. I built up to 40#. I think this is new 1RM.
