I have been encouraged by the many new names showing up in the community. Welcome, and keep spreading the word.

I did not get as many WOD's in this week as I had hoped, but I did put a dent in makeups this weekend.

Saturday, I ran the "Course of Dreams" 5k with some of my classmates. 25:44 was a bit slower than I expected.

Sunday, I did 120 pullups, 60 dips, worked up to 2 135# thrusters, 5RM deadlifts @ 275, and did the CFE Week 4 drills.

A note of encouragement for those that were intimidated by 120 pullups and dips and either didn't do them or didn't post:

When I started CF last year, I could only do 3 pullups and a comparable number of dips. Within a few months, I was able to do the 120/120 combination. Remember, that only helps build the capacity. There is also a lot of technique to MU's, so that needs to be practiced too. Stick with it, and post the good, the bad and the ugly. It will encourage others who may be turned off seeing only "as Rx'd" posts.
