Worked Handstands, pistols and L-Sits

then Front Squats (185) and Turkish get ups (65, bar and 2 x 10s).

still can't get all the way up on the TGU with the left hand at 65 pounds. Think it is form more than strength.

Had a meeting at the bubble yesterday with Stewart, Mr Weafer, Mr Wilburn, Mr Hewitt, Aaron Jones. Subject was configuration of the equipment in the bubble. I have a PPT for anyone who'd like to see it.

The movement of equipment into the facility begins at 1400 on 6 July. The floor is being laid this week. Opening of the facility is scheduled for 12 July, but the sooner the equipment is in, the sooner it will open.

On that note, We are soliciting help from the IMCF athletes for moving the gear from Harney to the bubble. If you are able, the substitute WOD for that day is move load from A to B as many rounds as possible until complete. Show up at 1400 with water, patience, and a positive attitude!

29:19 as Rx'd

Very challenging. I underestimated the WOD because I forgot that the last time we did an 'Easy Linda' and not the full thing even though Phil mentioned it. When I was on my 7's I seriously slowed down.

Great news on the new facility.

COL,

I can't be there right at 1400 but will get there around 1500-1530 as soon as I can to help move equipment.

Also, did you see my email to try and get on your calendar for a CF brief for the 11-01 Navy and MC Indoc? I sent it while you were on travel. Thanks.

Saw the one of the base firefighter guys doing a WOD on Tuesday and later saw it was Tuesday's WOD on the CF main site.

Obviously the guy I saw made it look much easier because I suffered through it, having to scale down by weight and rounds.

Set a cone at 20 meters. Five rounds for time of:
185 pound barbell Overhead walk, 40 meters
30 Wallball shots, 20 pound ball
95 pound barbells Farmer carry, 40 meters

The barbells must be turned around the cone.

Scaled down to 95# for the ovhd walk, 20 wallballs and only did 3 rounds-- 29:13.

I made up the run finally.
I am in the Adirondaks, and I found a trail, I estimate about 1/2 mile loop, but don't have my GPS w/ me. I ran 10 loops for time, non stop, working on consistency: H 4:24, L 3:49. TOT: 41:40
