Worked double unders so that I could consistently get 2 every time.

L-Sit = :37

PJ = 175, 175, 175x4, 160, 165x4
PP = 145, 150, 155x4, 150, 150 (PR)
SP = 135x2, 115x4, 105, 110, 115

SPs were humbling after the other work.

PP-135 across
SP-115 across

I liked doing this backward. I was able to observe how much more efficient the push jerk is.
