THURSDAY 100624

Skill: Handstands...max hold for time

then...

head down to the track and
10 x 100m (max effort)
Rest time = 2 x sprint time

against the wall: 35ish seconds. i was counting in my head so it might have been a little fast

at the track:
13, 14, 15, 15, 15, 15, 15, 15, 15, 16
did a few pose drills to warm up and during the WOD I tried to focus on faster foot turn-over

W/U: 3rnds of
-30 cnt Sampson, 15 air sqts, 10 pullups, handstands, 15 situps unsupt'd, 3x10 hops, arm drills, and 20/leg wall drills.

HS: I could hold HS while against the wall for a long time, but away from the wall, was unable to keep balance.

WOD: Fastest 17.77, Slowest 19.60. (2-17's, 5-18's, 3-19's). Fist 4 were bare foot.

- Still working on free-standing handstand

100m splits = 13, 13, 14, 13, 16, 15, 14, 15, 15, 14
- Paced it off out in the Utah desert (pretty awesome running out there)

On to Vegas, baby!!

Handstand against the wall: 51 seconds

at the track in VFF: fastest 21.3 seconds (my last one!)
slowest: 24.5 seconds
I've never been fast!

found the gym on Bragg today.. still inprocessing ... it seems nice but closes at 1800 each night.. and is closed tues and thurs morning for remedial pt sessions..
