THURSDAY 100617

Skillz: HSPUs...ON THE RINGS! use a spotter, bands as needed. Go for max number of reps, or even one complete rep if possible.

then..
the Burgener warmup, then...
Clean (power or squat) and Jerk
1-1-1-1-1-1-1
these are not sets across, build to 1RM max for clean and jerk.

1 HSPU on the rings, 7 using the green bands

C&J: 135, 135, 155, 155, 155, 155, 175, 185

worked a lot on form with a moderate weight and heavier weights felt pretty solid

Short on time for full WOD today.

Worked on C&J form and technique with less weight.

1RM is 115# from some time back

but did 7 reps with 75#, then 7 with 95#, then 7 more with 75# more for practice than for 1RM

Seems like I hadn't done C&J for awhile and I needed to focus on proper form.
