OHs - 95# across.

Metcon:

Time: 13:46. After struggling to get 25 DUs, switched to 3:1 singles to keep intensity.

I hate double unders.

METCON - 9:37 as Rx'd; Double unders went well as I had only three breaks throughout the entire 160reps. A $12 rope from Dick's Sporting Goods has made all the difference. ABMAT situps were a great choice for this workout. My legs and hip flexors were taken out of the equation and I definitely felt the abs working hard.

Made up WOD from yesterday:
- Back squat = 225, 235, 240, 245, 255
- Shoulder press = 135, 140, 145, 145x4 (f - muscle
failure), 135
- Deadlift = 295, 305, 315, 325, 330
- All lifts were PRs for 5RMs

Total 730

Very happy with BS (1.5 x BW). Disappointed with DL. Long way to go to hit 2xBW.

I have finally begun to get double unders.

Legs, quads, hamstrings screaming from last 2 WODs. Did much lower wt to at least keep form right. A lot of squats this week. Sore and stiff all day long.
