METCON:
2 with 16 double unders

didn't feel too bad after the 3 mile "fun" run as a warmup

Happy birthday, Army. I also warmed up with a 3 mile run.
DL: 150-180-215-245-280 (calculated on a 325 1RM)
METON: out of gas, scaled heavily. 95# cleans, blue pullups. Consecutive DU's still a problem. 4 RNDs.

5 rds w/ 5 x PC (scale: rds 3-5 were with 165lbs)

No 3 mile fun run for me today; prior to METCON did reverse tabata L-sit and tabata K2B(5)

DLs- ended up doing last set w 270x6 reps.

Scaled cleans to 165. 5 rds and 3 cleans.
