MONDAY 100607

Tabata something else...(8 rounds of 20s work/10s rest, per exercise)

Hand Stand Pushups (HSPUs, if muscle failure, hold static position or use bands)
Floor Wipers (2 count movement, 135# on the bar)
Walking Lunges (2 count)
GHD situps

Post number of reps per exercise to comments.

In case you haven't done them, floor wipers are a core strengthening exercise, where you raise your feet up to each plate, while holding the wt with arms extended. As a suggestion, place a couple of plates on the ground, so you can place the barbell/wt when you're resting, like a rack for the bench press. O/W, it can get challenging to push the barbell up when resting on the ground.

1 HSPU and holding against wall was much more challenging than I expected it to be.

Worked double unders as skills and drills. Also just got new jump rope in the mail so double unders will continue to be a focus for me.

Tabata as rx'd:
- HSPU: 34 (3)
- Floor wipers: 69 (7) - had to pause once to reset bar after nearly crushing myself after first rd
Lunges: 124 (14)
GHD: 59 (6)

HSPU's: 1 then hold for the 1st 3 sets, then partials & hold for remaining sets.
Wipers: 3-1/2 to 5/set
Lunges: ~5/set
GHD: 10-7 /set
