TUESDAY 100504

Skill: Alternating one legged squats. Work on proper depth and maintaining the weight over your heels. You may find it helpful to start on a box if the floor is too difficult.

For reps:
3 min - max rep pullups
1 min rest
3 min - max rep HSPU
1 min rest
3 min - max reps ankles to bar
1 min rest
3 min max reps BURPEES (Yeah! Burpees!)

shoulders on fire.. I tried to do the first 5 HSPUs w/o the bands and I think that killed me for the rest.

I just ordered VS Athletics weightlifting shoes. I called and asked if they offer a "military" or "crossfit trainer" discount and they gave me 10% off. If you were waiting for them to restock your size, they seem to be caught up.

Pull ups - did a set of 15 then 10 within the first 45 seconds. Then did sets of 5 for the remainder of the time

HSPU - did a set of 15 then sets of 5. Eventually got to sets of 3 and 2.
