Great "condensed" version of the olympic lifting cert this morning. I have once again been humbled and given some more things to work on. Thanks to John for the instruction and to Mark for setting it up.

6.5 miles run, 10K was between 41 & 42 min.

I followed up with a nice nutritional violation at the BBQ cookoff. It was everything I'd hoped it would be.

I wish I could have made the Oly lift session. Sounds like it was very helpful.
