Did not know the bench press and pullup muscles were so closely linked. My bench went down exponentially.

I can't bench my body weight so I scaled my bench to match Glen's percentage of his body weight to his 1RM.

My shoulder doesn't like to bench.
Day five of a bad cold, and day 8 of strict paleo/zone. There, I am done crying.
Went to OKC with my son for the MObility & Recovery Cert last weekend, Lots of good stuff to pass along. Everybody buy a lacrosse ball and keep it in your bag. I want to intorduce you to some trigger points you didn't know you had. Oh, and a whole new range of motion! Seriously, good stuff.
For Saturday 0900-1200 May 8, shaping up to be a fun day at the police academy. I've been talking with Stewart, Coach Rut, Sarah at Combat Crossfit, and Roger from Crossfit Topeka as well as the folks at the academy. All are interested in bringing athletes. Lets get a good representation from IMCF!
Events are Nancy and a team affiliate "Running Bear" (four rounds where one team member runs 400m while the other does the bear complex). THis will be a great time to network, meet new folks, and help the KCPD get their CF program off the ground, so save the date.
