In keeping with the generally encouraging and non-judgmental philosohpy of the affiliate and community, shouldn't it read "post time TO COMMENTS" and not "for comment?"

Apparently, I have had too much time off already and it is only Monday night.

wow, jeff, yes, you have already had too much time off. so, i'll digress with you. when i post, i put "post time for comment" so that we can comment on each other's progress,dialogue, etc. when ryan posts, he puts "post time to comments", as in putting your info in the comment block.

Did Monday's WOD today and posted results there

Wow.. did I pick a doozy of a route.. and to think on mapmyrun.com I figured the 6% grade was no big deal..Needless to say.. I walked a few times.. but finished..
1hr 43sec.. with the walking its a place to start

1st 10k since the Marathon, took it easy.

I did this yesterday having barefoot run the pose stuff the day before. Lost all calf strength after 2.5 km I finished at 58:36, and today is horrible.
