After this week, this is the sorest I've been for a while - shoulders, back, legs...soul. It feels great!! For those that say CF doesn't build mental toughness and, yes, even resilience, I challenge them to do this past week's WODs. Awesome week!

Knees to elbows were shoulder level and box jumps were step ups

Scaled WB to 15# since CFC had none higher.

Situps were regular feet supported, since no GHD

55# DB since no 55lb KB
