Then Tuesday's Barbara w/feet supported SU:

HSPU - got 9 before losing balance
(used abmat, but probably should have gone to floor to get full range of motion.)

245, 255, 265, 275 (f), 275
(PR 285)

Then swam for a bit to work on drills/form

Worked back squat form up to 205lbs

HSPU's are getting better: I did 10 attempts, and I am able to press up from greater depth, but not quite there yet. I followed this up with 20 Band assisted HSPU's.

Back squat up to 200#, new PR.

Subbed elevated pu for hspu and did 7 sets.
Kept the squats light at 205. Something about 250 air squats the day before makes me a little sore.
