We don't care if you are face down in the gutter after your crazy Superbowl party... Get back to work!

Strength:
Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3
Shoulder Press 5-5-5

These are sets across, so build to your 3 and 5 rep max and execute the sets.

Deadlift - 315 across sets
Shoulder Press - 125 across sets, failed on 5th rep on last set.

SP: 135, 135 (failed on 4th rep), 115, 115 (failed on 5th rep)

Deadlift - 315 sets across

Worked on TGU's with bar prior to DL's, and didn't leave enough time for SP.

DL: 315, 315, 315 (f of 3), 315, 275 (dropped to work on form as I was having trouble holding my lumbar curve and my back was hurting as a result

SHP: started at 65, failed on 3d, so did 3 sets at 60.

Then played around with handstands
