Group Workouts!

If you're following the website, and are curious if there are specific times when groups of folks get together to suffer, well, you're in luck. Mark Monroe is organizing group WODs on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1600 at Harney. It's a great chance to do the workout in a group setting, under the expert eye of Mark.
