135, 155x4 sets, 165x2 sets

Need to work on fast elbows and getting below the bar quickly after getting full hip extension.

Thanks for everyones input on the equipment list. I will consolidate those ideas and see if we can push them forward as a UFR for this year.

Worked up to 2 sets at 125# and the rest at 115#. I was more comfortable getting under the weight this time, but at or above 125, it broke down to a clean and a front squat.

135# across with a failure or two in just about every set.

135 across all sets. Really worked on form with J OB. (Thanks John)!
Also, starting to get the hang of the butterfly pull up as well.

Each set contained at least on Fail.. however, it was good to have John there to tell me where I messed up.
