"I don't quit. You don't quit!" That's right, I'm throw quotes up from the State of the Union speech baby!

"Ensign"
6 rounds of:

AMRAP three minutes of:
3 power cleans (155#/95#) executed every round
6 pushups
9 air squats (executed only in rounds 1,3, &5)
9 Ring dips (executed only in rounds 2,4,&6)

Rest 1 minute after each 3 min AMRAP (total workout time should equal 23 minutes)

Post total rounds in each AMRAP (1 through 6) for comment.

Confused? Read it again, it'll make sense

Scaled the Power Cleans to 135#.
Rd 1 - 3 + 5 squats
Rd 2 - 2 + 6 push-ups
Rd 3 - 3 + 1 Clean
Rd 4 - 2 + 2 Cleans
Rd 5 - 3 + 4 push-ups
Rd 6 - 2

I'm still traumatized from the squat cleans in last friday's WOD and my 40+ min performance so I did the main site WOD.

Rd3: 2 pls 8 sqts
Rd4: 2 pls 3 cleans
Rd5: 2 pls 6 sqts
Rd6: 2 pls 6 pushups


All the ring dips I had my feet on a box since I still can't straighten my arms out without a stretch. I didn't think rowin would work them so much.

Aren't we counting COMPLETED rounds?

If not, it is kind of like saying, "Hey, I scored 28 points in our last post intramural game, AND I had six really good misses." Or, "The Colts won Super Bowl 44 by two touchdowns, AND they had 232 all purpose yards that very easily could have been another couple of scores." Anyway, here are my results:

You're still performing work in a partial round, right? So if this WOD comes up again, I should be able to observe my increase in work capacity if I don't improve by total number of rounds.
