Fran - 8:23 as Rx'd
Very pleased w/ improvement over first Fran during Level 1 Cert on 21NOV. I was terminated at the 10min mark with 4 of 9 thrusters in 3rd complete.

Did CFE workout form yesterday

8 rds of 30 secs on / 20 secs off on treadmill at 12% incline and 7:30 pace
- Covered .5 miles during work periods

Made up Cindy today.. posted on 12/22 blog. then shoveled my driveway and half the street in front.. havent seen a plow or salt truck in 5 days in my neighborhood. Good job City of Leavenworth..way to kick butt.
