Are we doing body weight ratios, too (DL = BW x 1.5, BP = BW, Cleans = BW x .75)? If yes, I'm beginning my whining now.

CL - no BW ratios (hence the "easy" part of easy Linda). Stick with the Rxed weights unless you are in the mood to do a full Linda.

Your call. I am doing what is posted.

Surprisingly the strength component wasn't much of an issue, but I did feel pretty gassed. Not sure my head was in the game today.

Concur with Ryan and Jeff: probably wouldn't have happened if I used my body weight as the gauge. Form started to break down in 5th round, especially for squat cleans.

25:50 as rx'ed. Its 5 min faster than the last time I did Linda.. that time I did the RX'ed Bench and Dead.. but scaled the cleans to 85#. So this is an improvement..

25:42, scaled cleans to 95# after about three at 115. I'm pretty glad I did that.

The abuse I am taking from all of these crossfit girls makes me think I have some co-dependent traits. I thought Fran taught me my lesson, but I get lured back into things with the promise of "easy" Linda. Just as painful, but lasts twice as long.

My form broke down on squat cleans after the 5 rep mark; I should have dropped the weight to 95#
