Are we altering the standard filthy fifty WOD? I think the normal KBS is 35# and walking lunge is 50 steps total instead of 50 each leg. Just clarifying. And yes...I'm whining.

31:00 w/ 15 K2E, the rest knee raises...but only one to one which is probably wrong; also 150 jump ropes and none DU's - need to build that skill now that I can actually jump rope.

To maintain intensity I stepped the last 20 box jumps and walked out all but 5 burpees o/w I would have just been staring at the floor trying to breathe. I tried a faster KBS technique that involves a bent arm swing that terminates in a press overhead. It was faster but it also felt like cheating.

Huge improvement over 20OCT - 44:21.

Figured out how to use the split time function on my watch, and discovered that I lost the most time on burpees, K2E, and wallball.

Made up squat clean WOD

135x3, 135x3, 145x2 (fault on 3rd), 145x3, 145x3, 155x3, 160x2 (fault on 3rd)

Also had two sets in there where I never really got started. Form is improving but still sucks. Don't have a 1RM yet).

Did the 3:1 sub for double unders.
My K2E sucked time as well as burps. McGrady showed me a great technique for K2E that I will try next time.. I think I was doing those for what felt like 10 min.

I have been able to link 3 double unders together.. but typically right after that the rope tries to decapitate me.. I think I have angered the Double Under gods..
