New 5RM of 300! Exceeds former 1 RM
(that is all the weight I have at home).

285, 295, 295 (f - form), 285, 275
- My form really started to fall off in sets 3, 4, and 5. However, 295 is a PR (+20 pounds) since 04 Nov.
- Also worked on muscle-ups (30% completion rate) and double-unders.
