I wanted to start the new year off with CrossFit Total for a starting data point, so I took yesterday off. I am pleased with the results:

- Push-ups: 47
- Sit-ups: 23
- Run 2 miles: 14:53
About two minutes of transition time.
- Did runs on treadmill (took a little while for it to get up to speed)
- Did sit-ups with feet supported

Awesome workout to start the new year!!!
