25:25 with 75# SDHP.

Like Mike, SDHPs were not the problem, but ring dips kicked my butt.

I wsa sick in bed Sat-Mon, so I made up yesterday's WOD. Did some ring dips icw my W/U. Today's WOD is still out of reach as Rx'd.

Starting 4th rnd scaled SDLHP to 75#. Last rnd of ring dips weren't all that great either.

1609.. however this must be discounted. My last round of SDLHPs and Ringdips were sloppy.. I need to work on getting my hips open and using my legs more on the SDLHP. Ring dips at the end turned more into ring dip with a shoulder dip.. this requires more attn by me in the future as well
