TUESDAY 091110

In honor of our upcoming Veteran's Day, your "hero" WOD:

"DT"
5 Rounds for Time (RFT)
Deadlift x 12 (155#/115#)
Hang Power Cleans x 9 (155#/115#)
Push Jerk x 6 (155#/115#)

While the exercises themselves may not be challenging, the weight of this WOD surely is. There is a reason it's a "hero" WOD. Scale appropriately to maintain your relative intensity, and suffer appropriately to honor our veterans.

Post total time for comments.

Ended up at only 1 x HPC at a time in order to keep form...which was terrible anyway.

Brutal! Good job to the push jerk master Upty who destroyed me this morning.

You guys that did this as Rx'd are beasts. In Upty's case, a hairy, grusome beast.
